The Post Library hosted an Open House in conjunction with National Library Week to feature three talented artists that we see each day here at Camp Darby!

The Camp Darby Post Library is a multi-purpose resource center for patrons of all ages and interests.
An ever-expanding collection of print and non-print materials, patron-use equipment including computers, and a friendly staff are all located in the Library.

Services:
Book renewal or reference assistance, in person or by phone.
Inter Library Loan (ILL) in conjunction with USAREUR and USAFE Libraries
24 Hours Book Drop
Reserve system: any print and non-print materials can be placed on reserve for any patron
Patron-use electric typewriters (reservations accepted)
Patron-use copier machine (Free of charge)
For groups or organizations, special Library tours can be arranged.

• 20,000 books, including large children's collection, Italian language materials, best sellers, and reference collection
• CLEP and other study guides
• Videos, including Italian films; CD's and audio books
• Magazines, for children and adults; newspapers.
• Seventeen computers (with laser jet printer) 
• Wide variety of travel books
• Paperback Book Swap (one for one)
• We now have On-Line Research Databases (Newsbank, Gaylor, Ebsco, etc.), and downloadable books.

PROGRAMS:

• Children's Story Hour each Wednesday, 10:00 to 11a.m. for kids 3 to 5 years
